Is it a clock or is it a lamp?

Our most recent design combines the two into a unique lamp with a clock built in.

Following the recognisable house style of The Light Engineering Company, frost acrylic and hardwood has been used to form a design that is styled  loosely on antique carriage clocks.

The quartz clock is powered by a AA battery - and the light by 12 volt power adapter (provided)

  • The stable hardwood base houses the MR16 LED bulb, and also through 5 pairs of machined grooves allows the frost acrylic vanes to slide neatly into their positions.

The front has a clear acrylic glass held in position by 12 stainless hex headed screws. The rear two rear vanes remove very easily to provide access to the clock battery, and to adjust the time twice a year, or as requred.
